Gotjawal Jeju Swindari (Barley) is a traditional Jeju fermented beverage, brewed from whole barley and wheat nuruk the slow, handmade way.

Swindari is one of Jeju Island's oldest drinks and a slow food registered in the international Ark of Taste. Ours is crafted by master brewer Moon Soon-hee using a patented method that gently stops fermentation before it turns to alcohol, so it stays completely non-alcoholic, smooth, and mellow.

Made only with plant-based ingredients and no artificial additives, it is certified vegan by the Korea Vegan Certification Institute.
