All orders ship directly from Jeju Island, South Korea via EMS (Korea Post International Express) with full tracking.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2–3 business days (Korean business days, excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping destinations and rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your country. Typical delivery times after dispatch:
- Japan — free shipping, typically 2–4 business days
- Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore — typically 3–6 business days
- China — typically 4–8 business days
- Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand — typically 4–8 business days
- United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, UAE — typically 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal conditions.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Swindari and our aloe juice are natural, gently processed beverages. Please refrigerate them promptly upon arrival and consume within the recommended period for the best taste.
